Peer-to-peer mentoring
We use an action learning methodology for our peer-to-peer mentoring, matching women working in comparable industries at similar levels of seniority, while taking parallels in their personal lives into account. Solo mothers for example face many similar challenges.
We ask participants to commit to six 60-minute sessions and some informal introductory and catch-up time. However groups often develop strong relationships and continue supporting each other long after the programme has finished.
Participants take turns to table a key issue they face around progression or employment. You can expect to have one key issue addressed by the group, however participants often find they learn as much from others’ sessions as their ‘own’.
Respecting confidentiality is important for trust to develop, and care is taken to ensure you don’t bump into a former line manager or such like. Time of day and frequency of meetings are tailored to suit each group, but are typically once a week, during the working day.
We fundraise to run some groups free-of-charge for women focused on achieving social change and/or facing additional challenges, and individuals facing financial challenges.
We are currently inviting solo mothers and women for social change to register their interest via the below buttons.
Please register your interest via the ‘general’ button below if you don’t fit either of these categories. The rate for self-funding participants, sole traders and small charities is £230, large charities (£1m+ pa) £260, and £300 for commercial organisations.

One-to-one mentoring
One-to-one mentoring has proven to be powerful for many people’s development and career trajectory. We intend to provide a brokerage service for women to connect with a suitable mentor and/or support mentees at any stage of their working lives, whatever their level and employment status.
The timeline for our one-to-one mentoring scheme will be responsive to the level of interest we experience. The more women that sign up, the quicker we can start. Just saying.
