We are driven by a belief that as many women should head up organisations as men. There should be as many women elected as Councillors as men, as many female Prime Ministers… You get the picture.

That no woman, regardless of her background or parenting responsibilities, should be disadvantaged by her gender.

As well as being an equalities issue, we believe that women with more power will lead to a more cooperative, sustainable and just society.

Enough is enough. We need this. Our planet needs this.

How?

We work with women to help them to identify and tackle their barriers to progression at work.

From this we also identify the systemic barriers that women face in progressing at work and work with decision-makers to remove them.

Who?

We are here to help all women achieve their potential and the majority of people we work with will be self-funding.

However we also fundraise to work with those that are driven to achieve positive social impact through their work and/or face additional challenges.
